Marshall City Council weighs Neighborhood Improvement Authority use
Marshall officials held a public hearing at the Oct 1 meeting to explore using a Neighborhood Improvement Authority to assist redevelopment of the former State Farm property known as the Golden Rule Oaklawn site. The NIA would enable tax increment financing for roads and sewer work to attract a developer.
