Mark and Michele Klingaman announce the engagement of their daughter Rachel Leigh Klingaman to Dustin Noah son of Doug and Lisa Noah of Gretna Nebraska and Stacey and Greg Kroeger of Omaha Nebraska. The bride to be is a Tekonsha High School and Creative Hair Design graduate employed at Pasches Seafood Kitchen. The groom is a Gretna High School graduate who attended Chadron State College and works for Precision Utilities Group in Fort Wayne Indiana. The couple plan an October 19 2014 wedding at Millcreek Barn in Watervliet Michigan and will reside in Tekonsha. The pair met at Blue Bell Resort in Custer State Park South Carolina.
