Marshall to host 50th Christmas Parade with Pure Marshall theme
Marshall will kick off the holiday season with the 50th Annual Christmas Parade on Monday December 1. The event features Ringing of the Bells at 6 45 p m Grand Lighting at 6 50 p m and a 7 p m parade start on Michigan Avenue. Entries encouraged to include the number 50 with floats bands car clubs horse drawn carriages and walkers welcome. The parade will be preceded by a ceremony and judging of floats with awards banners. Deadlines for entries are November 14 and donations to the Christmas Lights Fund are encouraged to offset decorations costs.
