The American Museum of Magic announces weekend hours from Nov 26 to Dec 18 with 10 am to 4 pm Saturdays and 12 pm to 4 pm Sundays, plus a Friday Jan 2 opening from 6 to 9 pm for Marshall Retailers Open House. Admission is 5 dollars adults 3 50 for children. Tours by appointment at 269 781 7570.

Healthy ways to use leftover turkey after Thanksgiving
Use diced turkey in soups with vegetables and rice, or noodles. Create salads with greens, spinach, cranberries and walnuts with a light dressing. Make sandwiches or wraps on whole grains with celery cranberries apples and a curry mayo. Add turkey as pizza toppings with vegetables and low fat cheese. Include burritos enchiladas fajitas or tacos with beans salsa and lettuce. Finish with skillet meals combining turkey onions mushrooms broccoli and rice in fat-free broth.
