Marshall City approves Hospital Campus expansion plan
Marshall City Council endorsed Hospital and Neighborhood Committee recommendations on a 20 year expansion for Oaklawn Hospital including the Hospital Campus Overlay District Ordinance a development agreement and sign ordinance revisions The panel chaired by Ken Jendryka met 15 months with final Sept 26 decision The council will send overlay and sign changes to Planning Commission with a March 26 deadline and a council vote in April Mayor Dyer will form a historic preservation task force for further study The meeting also covered a Marshall Two tax transfer for Marshall Animal Care and an end of year audit report
