Oaklawn rezoning hearing set by Marshall city council
The Marshall City Council will hold a December 7 public hearing on Oaklawn Hospital’s request to rezone parcels on N Madison and E Prospect Streets to add parking for a new cardiopulmonary facility and women’s health center. The issue followed reviews by the Planning Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals.
