Foreclosure ends hopes for former State Farm site in Marshall
The former State Farm property on East Drive in Marshall was foreclosed April 2 by Calhoun County Treasurer for delinquent 2010 real estate taxes. Receiver Darryl Miller of New Mexico seeks court approval to redeem and restructure the property, with taxes totaling about 216,193 plus utilities and mowing costs and 30,000 escrow. The court schedule pushes action to mid June.
