Spiritual Day Minuteman Award and Marshall Public Schools vocalists provide entertainment. Breakfast from 7:30 to 9 a.m. costs $5, RSVP by phone or email. The Brass Band of Battle Creek performs The Great American Songbook on May 20 at 7 30 p m in W K Kellogg Auditorium Battle Creek featuring conductor Michael J Garasi with world class brass percussion and vocalists Michael Andrew and Edge Evans Hyde Andrew, formerly Rainbow Room lead singer and Broadway participant, pays tribute to Frank Sinatra while Edge Evans Hyde, 2011 West Michigan Jazz Society Musician of the Year, portrays Ella Fitzgerald in a program thatjourneys through jazz and pop standards with connections to Rockefeller Center and Los Angeles performances.
