Marshall council to cut staff and raise Dial-A-Ride tax
Marshall City Council plans a May 15 public hearing on the proposed 2017-2018 balanced budget reflecting more than 800000 in cuts. The plan eliminates several positions and calls for a Dial-A-Ride millage increase from .84 to .9393, about 90,000 yearly, affecting a 100000 home by 25 dollars.
