Marshall City Council to debate 2012 13 budget changes
Marshall set to consider fee and millage increases for Dial A Ride as part of the 2012 13 budget at the April 2 meeting. The council also approved an Industrial Facilities Tax abatement for Progressive Dynamics, which will invest 309032 in equipment and save the company about 21000 in taxes while the city foregoes 8100.
