Familiar Substitute Teachers Made Local Impact
Andrea Hudson, Roger Erwin, and Lance Hawblitz have become regular substitutes at Marshall Public Schools. Hudson teaches four to five days weekly at Marshall Middle School while Erwin covers Marshall High School about 100 days a year. Hawblitz, a former Harper Creek athlete, split seasons between Marshall Middle and High Schools and coached basketball, aiming for a full time position. They emphasize knowing students by name, building relationships, and remaining active in the school community.
