Craft Photography Pet Portrait Contest Tops Feeding Drive
Craft Photographic Gallery hosts the 7th Annual Pet Portrait Contest through March 16. Entries require 10 pounds of pet food and must be photographed by Craft. Donated food goes to the Humane Society of South Central Michigan, with 2,900 pounds raised to help shelter animals. Top 13 images appear in the 2014 Pet Calendar. grand prize includes a family portrait and wall print.

The Calhoun Conservation District will host an irrigation meeting for farmers on Thursday, March 21 from 6 to 8 30 p m at Albion College Norris Center Auditorium. Michigan State University educator Lyndon Kelley will cover water use regulations irrigation water requirements WWAT and water use reporting.
