City Council backs 2.79 million wastewater upgrade plan
Marshall City Council approves a State Revolving Fund project plan to restore or replace two lift stations and upgrade other wastewater facilities at a total cost of 2.79 million dollars funded by a 20 year loan. Stantec Consulting prepared the plan for submittal to the Michigan DEQ with design to begin in November 2011 and construction slated for July 2012 to December 2012.
