The Marshall City Council approved a State Revolving Fund Project Plan at the June 20 meeting, funding wastewater improvements including two lift station restorations with a cost over 2.79 million dollars borrowed from the state to be repaid over 20 years. The plan appears on page 26.
J. Gabriel Gates, class of 1998 at Marshall High, will host a book launch party at Marshall District Library on July 5 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. He will read from Dark Territory the first book in The Tracks teen series mixing Kung Fu magic and star-crossed love.
