Oaklawn Hospital Pet Bike Wagon Parade Opens 2012 Fourth Fest
Crowds gathered for the Marshall Independence Day celebration featuring the Oaklawn Hospital Pet Bike and Wagon Parade at Brooks Memorial Fountain Circle. About 300 children ages 3 to 12 joined pets and decorated wheels while the Marshall Rotary Band played and a chicken lunch was served. Parade chairs Dave and Vicki DeGraw led the event with judges including Mayor Jim Dyer and three Oaklawn Medical staff members.
