Marshall forms alliance for downtown economic development
On July 2 Marshall City Council approved seed funding and formation of the Marshall Economic Development Alliance a collaboration among the city Downtown Development Authority Marshall Area Chamber of Commerce and Local Development Finance Authority to coordinate resources pursue grants and boost tourism retail and industrial growth. The move aims to streamline services create a directed economic development focus hire an executive director and connect local organizations while preserving their identities.
