Marshall area resident Katie Bagale champions diversity work
Katie Bagale, born in Dearborn and raised in several states, returns to Marshall to share how diversity shaped her path. She is Family & Community Outreach Coordinator for the Burma Center in Battle Creek, mentors refugee families, and runs a Middle School creative expressions class. She helped launch Half the Sky Marshall and Gordon Goes Global, funds Room to Read, and coordinates local volunteer projects with Ladies Get Things Done.
