Marshall approves IFT for Marshall Excelsior and marijuana fees
Marshall City Council approved an industrial facility tax for Marshall Excelsior at 1506 George Brown Dr, forecasting a seven year tax relief totaling 9 541.28 per year as the company expands. The meeting also adopted a fee structure for medical marijuana facilities with initial and renewal fees ranging from 2 000 to 5 000, with some facilities not permitted under the local ordinance.
