Marshall SAC revival seeks community action on substance abuse
The Marshall coalition of the Substance Abuse Council held its first meeting on December 13 after years of funding gaps. SAC Executive Director Dawn Smith said the group aims to raise awareness and involve the community in addressing rising meth use among young adults and growing prescription drug abuse among teens.
