Marshall Public Schools considers elementary reorganization plan
At the December 10 board meeting Superintendent Randy Davis called the district’s finances and programs a tough situation and urged structural changes. He proposed reorganizing elementary schools with community input and announced upcoming board discussions and open forums for public feedback. Davis sent a district wide email on December 12 to quell rumors. See story on page 20.

Marshall High artists collaborate on Brooks Fountain sculpture
Marshall High School art classes led by Melissa Winchell partner with Trash2An and CIR ETC Studio artist Sabine LeDieu to create a Brooks Memorial Fountain representation using suspended opaque white painted Gatorade bottles. The design envisions large white bottles forming columns and includes residents from a nursing home in the project.
