Honolulu House restoration nears completion for 50th Home Tour
The Honolulu House Museum in Marshall showcases interior and exterior restorations, including renewed 1880s wall paintings and a replica 1880s fence. The site will be a focal point of the September 7 8 Marshall Historic Home Tour with public hours through October. Restoration work, funded in part by a National Scenic Byways grant, involves local artists led by Michael Peck and contractor Keith Mengel.
