City Council approves utility rate changes
Marshall residents, businesses and industrial customers will see a monthly bill reduction as electric rates ease after debt payoff at the Litchfield plant. Man charged with murdering wife goes to trial in 2009 case
Kentish St. Ange, 28, a Trinidad native living in Ypsilanti, faces a first degree murder charge for Aloysia St. Ange. After 21 months deemed incompetent, his circuit court trial began Wednesday over the August 4 2009 stabbing in Love’s Truck Stop parking lot. The proceeding in Judge Conrad Lindt's court is slated to run through Tuesday.
