Milton Mill Could Join County Museum Plans
Milton officials and Halton County authorities weigh purchasing the Martin Street flour mill for a county museum or local tourist site. The building, dating back to 1822 with 1856 additions, would remain intact to show it in operation. A joint committee on preservation and land use is to study the proposal now that Robin Hood Flour Mills has offered to sell the mill.
