Concord Woman's Club presents three amusing plays in Girl Scout House
The Concord Woman's Club staged three light comedies for a governor audience in the Girl Scout House Monday afternoon and evening. Between the Soup and the Savory featured Mrs Steaman Buttrien and a cast including Mrs Farnham Smith and Mrs Joseph Richardson. Keabouska a Russian drama followed with Natasha Mary Olga and other roles led by Mrs Scheu ler and Mrs Conant. The Knave of Hearts with Miss Chase and Mrs Walter Vialle completed the program amid period costumes and lively music by Mrs Daniels.

Ar th Rowse of Old Billerica Road Bedford died Sunday night after a period of ill health. Born in Chelsea in 1862 he lived in Arlington before moving to Bedford 13 years ago. He was president of the New Vinegar Company. Survived by wife Mrs cbt y Rowse and several children and relatives in Lexington Arlington Peabody and Bedford. Funeral details to follow.

Maynard Olsen dies suddenly at 67 in Acton home
Maynard Niels Peter Olsen 67 of Powder Mill Road died suddenly at his home Saturday night. Born in Denmark and in the United States 50 years, he lived much of his life in Acton and Maynard. Survived by two sons Alfred Walter Olsen and Peter Olsen Jr and a daughter Cora. He worked for the American Powder Co for many years and belonged to Concord Lodge 10 I C F. Funeral Monday at two with Rev Mathew A Vance officiating. Hymns by Mrs. Arthur Jordan and Mrs. James lobin. burial in Upper Wood Cemetery.

Marlboro. Chesley J. McKenzie senior vice commander of the Veterans of Foreign Wars calls on Spanish American War and Philippine Insurrection veterans who are 50 percent disabled and served 90 days or more but receive no pension to write to the pension bureau for $15 a month.
