The Blaine street vacation was granted and several street improvements plus depository designations were adopted. Dr Mallory Accused Of Practicing Medicine Without License

Mrs Alma J Reinken filed in circuit court for 2500 damages alleging Dr W I Mallory practiced medicine without license and performed an unsatisfactory operation. She spent 500 on medical care and claims 2000 in damages from misrepresentation that he was licensed. The suit may test actions by the State Medical Board. Mallory allegedly worked with Dr William Elsen in the Alisky building.

Salve cures long tetter case in Almond Alabama

Aberdeen Fourth of July Celebration Promises Record Turnout

Aberdeen prepares for a large Fourth of July with naval ships the Columbine and a destroyer possibly joining the harbor events. Stand-off Lumberman and Miners Split Doubleheader

In Butte, June 25 Higginbotham shut out the Miners 9 to 0 as three hits and thirteen strikeouts told the tale. On June 26 the Miners clawed back for nine runs aided by wild pitching and errors, Roosevelt strong for the leaders while Tonneson struggled on the mound. Brownie captain Brown spurred one unearned tally in the sixth.

Dr Smits Vindicated In Medical Malpractice Case

Mrs C J Sauers sued Dr Paul Smits for fifteen thousand dollars claiming X ray treatment on her foot caused harm. Three external physicians reviewed the case and the jury, by a ten to two vote, found in favor of Dr Smits. Ballard's Snow Liniment is advertised as a universal remedy with testimonials from GC Runyon of Stanberry Missouri.

Rumor of Body Found in City Water Reservoir Debunked

City rumor claimed a decomposed body was found in the water supply. Hurap authorities investigated and found no evidence, no burial, and no report to the coroner. Investigators conclude the tale was a deliberate fabrication by unknown actors seeking publicity.
