Esteemed Aberdeen resident Captain C. E. Burrows dies at 4 10 p m Saturday after six months of Brights disease. Funeral 2 p m today from 102 East Second street with Masonic rites. Born October 22 1841 in Waukesha Wisconsin he was 65.10. The Civil War veteran served in the Third Michigan Cavalry and led a later career in steamboating and logging on Grays Harbor and the Humptulips river. He leaves a large family and mourns a well spent life with community sympathy.
