City Treasurer to issue warrants totaling 150 000 next Saturday drawn from current expense funds. Voters authorized 120 000 in bonds to cover debt, 30 000 to be paid from cash fund. New 5 percent bonds will replace 8 percent warrants, reducing borrowing cost. The 1892 40 000 bond issue will be retired July 1 and reflixed at 5 percent.
