Olympia Dec 11. The attorney general ruled that aliens may not fish for food fish in state waters whether for themselves or for employees. The opinion declares the statute broad enough to bar alien workers in canneries and fishing companies, prompting the fish commissioner to discharge aliens and seek arrests for continued fishing.
