The price was reported near sixty thousand dollars with the Glen Denny estate agency handling the sale from Hugh White who owned it after J. A. Sharpe. The structure fronts 31 feet on the street and extends to Courtalley, housing the Jatson Ford agency and service station on the ground floor and living spaces above. The modern semi bungalow is now owned by the Wendells and the deal was completed Tuesday afternoon.
