Marineland Florida, 18 miles south of St Augustine, offers visitors a view of sharks, porpoises, giant turtles and various fish in tanks viewed through portholes and glass bottoms. The unique structure houses many ocean denizens together in one tank, a departure from typical species separated displays. A giant porpoise is seen taking mullet from a diver’s hand, with curator Arthur McBride feeding the animal.
