Clifford Peterson, 53, was shot and killed near his Mill Run Road home shortly before 11 last night while listening to a radio in the front yard. Donald Snack, 40, who shares the house, admitted firing the shot and said it was an accident. Snack’s wife Helen witnessed the incident. he told Sheriff Dave Weissert he heard a gunfire elsewhere and fired into the air at his own home, then accidentally discharged toward Peterson.
