Wesley was ousted as president by the AME church trustees. Judge Frank H. Former wartime Washington agent for the Garsson munitions cart carbine Joseph F. Freeman collapsed while testifying in the Garsson war fraud trial. Freeman was rushed to Casualty Hospital in “very bad shape” after suffering a serious heart attack, according to attorney Austin Daniela. Freeman had been allowed to leave the witness stand when ill.
