Columbus Ohio. Charles S Leasure chairman of the state unemployment compensation commission says about 19 000 Ohio employers have not reported individual earnings for the first quarter of 1933. Reports are due within 30 days after quarter close. Nonfile is a misdemeanor with fines up to 50 and costs. Delinquent employers will be notified and may face prosecution. Governor To Set Date Of Execution In Kidnapping Case
MIAMI FL A 21 year old truck driver Franklin Pierce McCall was found guilty of kidnapping James Cash Jr for ransom and sentenced to death by electric chair.
