Fire sweeps Harmony Hotel injuring seven in New York
Christmas morning blaze at the Harmony Hotel in Cohoes New York forces seven injuries none serious as residents flee in near freezing darkness. Ship Leaves On Arctic Rescue Trip

Louis Stack 40 a former local man spent much of his life in Zanesville where he worked for the L ne Material company before moving near Creston three years ago. He was struck by a car while walking along the highway between Creston and Holmes and died. He leaves a widow Ethel and three children Mary Louise 13 Mervin Eugene 3 and an infant daughter.
