Santa’s assistants were provided by Brighton C C L with gifts distributed by Miss Pearl Lutz and volunteers across 20 ill families. A second program is planned at Church of the Nazarene on Moxahala Avenue with a 9 20 AM Sunday school presentation and a 6 30 PM choir performance.

Elaborate plans are made for the Elks sub Ball New Year’s Eve in Janesville. The ballroom will be decorated with Christmas greens for the Milk Fund benefit event beginning at 1 o’clock. Novelty favors for ladies will be given, with Miss Wanda Davis as featured vocalist. Shively-Yates 12 piece orchestra will provide the music, and the ball is the lodge’s traditional annual reunion for ladies and guests. Proceeds support a worthy cause.
