104 Year Old Morgan Co Woman Dies
Mrs Kate Miller Stansberry a Morgan county figure known as the grand old woman died at her home in McConnelsville at age 102 after a period of illness. She was the widow of Elias M Stansberry a local attorney and banker born March 20 1844 she had long involvement in local and national affairs. Surviving are daughter Mrs Leha S Timberman of Columbus eight grandchildren 12 great grandchildren seven great great grandchildren and another daughter Mrs Lume Alderman preceded her in death. Funeral services are set for Tuesday at 2 pm at the residence with burial in McConnelsville. The body will be returned to the residence Monday from Fisher funeral home.

Clarence Dillinger of Roseville was wounded by a stray shot fired by his brother in law Harry Moody near the Columbia Cement plant in East Fultonham during the last day of the 1948 rabbit hunting season.
