In Toledo Flower hospital an infection from removal of an open safety pin from 10 month old Mary McCarmick of Lima Ohio caused her death yesterday after she was admitted a week earlier. Parents Mr and Mrs Lloyd McCormick did not know the pin was in the throat until X ray revealed it. Burial will be in Waynesfield Ohio.
