Robbers entered Joseph Ponti saloon in Prosser on Monday night and robbed proprietor and patrons of $315 cash a watch and a revolver. Two masked men fled on a west bound freight train. Police report no arrests.

Railway Patent Approved Clears Land Dispute

Kerr assistant general counsel at St. Paul for Northern Pacific Railway company stating the secretary of interior directed issue of patent to the railway. Arrest Warrant Issued in Bickleton Marriage License Case
Sheriff Tucker arrested L. J. Estes in Klickitat county on a warrant charging him with swearing to the age of 15 year old Lolita Rafferty to obtain a license for the marriage to R. S. Lasley. Lasley and Lolita wed February 19 in North Yakima with Justice Taggard officiating. Prosecutor W. C. Rafferty says he will pursue the case to the full extent of the law.
