Johnson visits university and sees famed red devil car
Mr Johnson toured a university with President Hale as guide and thanked Dr. Iden while inviting Dr. Holden to Cleveland. The red devil automobile, a one ton Winton, arrived from Ashland and required repairs at Barrett's. A Cleveland machinist assisted, with Ira Croz hauling the vehicle to Barrett's for fixes. Johnson predicted a muddy ride from Wooster to Orrville but believed mud would not impede the car.

Money at banks is insufficient for the second payment, and subscribers who have not yet paid are urged to advance the first half this week to enable the payment before Saturday night.
