Zimmermann pleads guilty in Wooster bank case
Cleveland Ohio November 18 38 p m J R Zimmermann of Wooster tax director of the failed Wooster National Bank pleaded guilty to conspiracy in federal court before Judge Taylor and was sentenced to two years in the penitentiary and a $10000 fine. The government moved to nolle further indictments and Zimmermann expressed regret and said he hoped to return to Wooster after serving his term. Family and friends visited him in Cleveland after the sentence.
