A dubious note promises high interest on savings deposits and urges banking by mail. It touts 4 percent interest, a booklet on remote banking, and free information upon request, while implying easy access via deposits by order check or mail. The message reads like an old scam solicitation with nonsensical wording and dubious assurances.
