After a spirited discussion, Hon W W Johnson was nominated for the supreme judgeship on the first ballot. Mr C A Flickinger was unanimously nominated for a seat on the Board of Public Works. Delegates and alternates were chosen amid debate, with Foraker McKinley Hanna West elected as delegates and Poindexter Green Harlan Dewell as alternates. Beatty and Comly named as electors.
