Miner Benjamin Jones Sustains Eye Injury at Minglewood Mine

Benjamin Jones, a miner at the Minglewood mine in North Lawrence, was struck in the right eye by a pick. He was brought to Wooster in the evening and examined by Dr H A Hart, who found the eye so badly injured that sight would be destroyed. Jones previously lost his left eye years ago.
