The rest of the party may stay longer. W Mulling and wife of Salem also expected to sail on the same steamer.
A telegram to the Republican from Capt. L. Kuabns states Co. D of the 8th Infantry, Oregon National Guard, arrived at Chippewa Lake at 9 20 this morning. All men traveled on foot, so ambulance preparations were unnecessary. Wooster citizens likely plan a visit to the camp tomorrow.
The death notices report Rosaona McCarron aged 77 dying Tuesday at Corbett residence northeast of the city. Prominent Doylestown resident Mrs Wilson Baysinger died after a lingering illness last Saturday. A three year old child of Chas Gray and his wife from Smithville died Saturday night and was buried Monday with funeral at 2 pm and sermon by Prof Engilah William Kaley. Kaley, aged 65 years, a West Lebanon resident, died Thursday July 4 1395 from bowel inflammation, leaving Mrs Kaley and one son.
The Harmam Show drew a huge crowd in Massillon with a long three ring program and a miniature lake. The Ethnological Congress featuring about 100 people drew attention while thieves reported in pockets and on tickets as women lost wallets and money on the westbound P F road train. About 50 Wooster residents attended the performance.

In Medina county two miles north of Khurbank Samuel Archer, a prosperous farmer, was attacked by a cow while driving it to pasture on Monday. The enraged animal toppled him, crushing his chest and causing fatal injuries. Funeral Saturday drew a large turnout, with about 150 buggies in the procession to the cemetery. Interment followed.

Joe Arnold of Orrville pleaded guilty before Probate Judge MecClarran to assault and battery and was sentenced to 60 days in the Canton workhouse with a $10 fine and costs. Clark is said to be recovering and Albert Curry, jailed for petty larceny, also received 60 days and costs. Deputies transferred the men to Canton for processing.

Frank J. Fills through Alfred Thomas sues The New York Pennsylvania and Ohio Railroad Company in Wayn County Court for 1 80.09 damages claiming administrator Levi D. Ellis seeks wrongful death relief for Frank P. Ellis killed June 12 1895 when west bound train No 234 struck him as he crossed tracks near a dangerous crossing. Plaintiffs include Mia Lida Ellis and Blanche Ellis 17.
Judge John C. McCarran and Sarah E. Carr elect to take under the will of David F. Carr and appoint administratrix without bond with appraisers listed. Lagan Kintner named administrator of James F Klepper with bond $6,400 and appraisers E Chatelain P Horn H J Kauffman. Newkirk and others oversee multiple estates with inventories, appraisements, bonds, and notices as hearings are set for August. Discharges, real estate actions, and preliminary probate items appear, including discharge of Wo Collier, promotion of A W Frick, and petitions to sell real estate and adjudge estate claims.
