Washington January 15 There are insurmountable reasons why belligerent rights of Cuban revolutionaries may not be recognized. Principal leaders and Cuban provisional officials are U S or foreign citizens, and the President favors avoiding recognition of belligerency by a party of our own citizens seeking to undermine a Spanish colony government.
Judge Martin Welker former United States district judge, wed Flora E Uhl on Thursday with Rev Samuel Mowet officiating.
