Lee Roy Hubach Dies at 53 in Winters Hospital
Lee Roy Hubach 53 died Friday at 7 40 p m in North Runnels Hospital after a short stay. Funeral services were held Monday at Spill Memorial Chapel with Rev Charles Steinberg officiating. Burial followed at Fairview Cemetery. He was born December 22 1919 south of Winters the son of Henry and Pauline Hubach. He served three years in the U S Army and lived in Odessa 14 years before returning to Winters in 1963. He worked for Winters Construction Co. and married Jewell Keele March 21 1942. Survivors include his wife six children two sons three daughters a brother six sisters and four grandchildren. Pallbearers named were Daniel Keele Harvey Hollis Fred Mabry Earnest Brown Garland O'Dell and Leroy Kinney.
