Mrs Ralph Arnold gave a Diversity Club program on the United States Mint at the Feb 24 meeting at Mrs Sam Jones home. She showed photographs of the Mint printing and engraving departments where she worked. Members answered roll call with names of famous American women and reports by department chairmen followed.
The regular Goal Digger Club meeting convened Monday at Karen Simpson's home. Carolyn McKenzie presented the program while members Keva Harrison, Gin ger Fairey, Gwynne Gerstman, Susie Spence, Susan Burns, Betty Hood, Randy Rougas, Maurine Riess, Stephanie Dunnam, Sherie Tekell, Robbie Morrison, Julie Spraberry, Keri Lynn Laughan, Ellen Sanders, and sponsor Carolyn McKenzie attended.
The Dale Moore Circle met Tuesday at Mrs. W H Kornegay’s home with Mrs. Earl Dorsett as chairperson. Prayer and mission actions were discussed and members visited extension and prospective members. Refreshments were served to a list of members.
