News reports that a car owned by Mr. Leslie Harrell was stolen in Dallas on Wednesday night. Mr. Guffey and Mrs. Harrell had parked the Winters car outside a drug store during a visit and returned to find the vehicle missing with no clues available.

Winters Lady Loses Brother and Sister By Death at Killeen
A. W. Jordan wife and son Byron traveled to Killeen after a message announced the death of Mrs. Jordan’s brother Will Wil less and a later report said her invalid sister Miss Mandy Willis had died. Bowen Died in Shep Community Last Thursday
Rev W L Wall of Wingate reported the death of Mr Bowen a Shep area resident aged about 65. He recently moved from Arkansas to live with his widowed daughter in law. He was found dead in the bathroom Thursday night and funeral services were held by Bro Wall with interment in the Shep cemetery Friday.
