Funeral Rites Held for Mrs Whitehead in Winters
Funeral services for Mrs R F Whitehead were conducted Monday afternoon at Spill Memorial Chapel with ministers Ceci Taxlor and Mammon Conditt. Burial followed at Oak in Texas near Cumby. Mrs Whitehead, born Lillie B Bishop in Hopkins County on January 6 1880, lived in Winters since moving from Wichita Falls five years ago. Surviving are five daughters and four sons, plus seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren. She was a longtime member of the Presbyterian church.
