Wingate Sewing Club Holds April Meeting
The Wingate Sew and Sew Club gathered in the Baptist Church Annex with fourteen members and one visitor. Quilting was done for hostesses Mrs. Leonard Phillips and Mrs. Brent Mikeska. The next meeting is set for April 29 in the Methodist Church Fellowship Room hosted by Mildred Patton and Mrs. Savern O'Dell.

Relative of Area Residents Killed In Fire
Funeral services were held for Daniel Gary Dalton 20 of Pampa after a fatal fire at a local packing company. Dalton born September 16 1954 in Groom grew up in McLean and worked as a welder and auctioneer. He is survived by wife Becky son Clint his mother and siblings.
